  • WHY DO YOU NEED A TABLET OR SMARTPHONE FOR THIS BOOK?

    Thanks to the app that you can download on a tablet or smartphone you can access all the music, sounds, games and virtual drawings that go with this book.

  • WHAT CAN I DO WITH

    THE APP CONTENT?

     

    Every time you see an AR icon on the book means you can interact. Touch the characters or the screen to hear sounds or music, or to start the mini games.

  • IS THERE AUGMENTED REALITY IN ALL PAGES?

    You can access augmented reality on all pages that have an AR icon.

  •  HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

    The instruction page shows you how to download the app. If your tablet/smartphone can read the QR code, it will lead you directly to the relevant page of the app store.

  • WHAT IS AUGMENTED REALITY?

    Augmented reality is technology that allows us to superimpose music, sounds or images on the pages of a book, and allows the reader to interact with the content through a tablet or smartphone.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE AUGMENTED REALITY FROM THE BOOK?

    No. All additional content is free

  • HOW CAN I TAKE PICTURES OF THE AR SCENES?

    Put the book on a table with the page open. Enter the book app and focus with the tablet/smartphone at a maximum distance of half a meter. The AR will appear – stay where you are until both the AR and the child appear on the screen. Then touch the camera at the bottom of the screen to take a photo. You will be able to find the photo in Images/Photos on your tablet/smartphone.

  • CAN I MAKE THE  CHARACTER SMALLER OR LARGER?

    Yes, you can change the characters' size as you like. Be careful not to lose sight of the book cover as augmented reality uses it as a reference.

  • HOW CAN I SEE THE

    VIRTUAL CONTENT?

    You just have to download the app. The camera function of the tablet or phone is activated automatically. Focus on the book page with your device and music, sounds and images will appear.

  • WILL AUGMENTED REALITY WORK IF I PAINT ON THE BOOK?

     

    Yes, it should continue to work unless you paint everything. We have made every effort to ensure that even if the child paints on the book the augmented reality will work just as well. However, we recommend you do not use pens or pencils as these can change the book's illustration a lot.

  • I CANT DONWNLOAD THE APP

    This might be because your tablet or smartphone is not compatible. This can happen on some tablets or smartphones that use Android:


     
    • Devices with an ARMv6 processor, such as the HTC Hero, Magic, Wildfire and Tatoo, the Samsung Galaxy Ace, or similar devices.

     

    • Devices with an ARMv7 processor without support for NEON, such as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, LG Optimus 2X, Sony Tablet S, or ACER Iconia Tab A100.
